CONCERT TOURS
One of the principal objectives of the Normalista Choir of Puebla has been, from its foundation, promoting the music of Mexico in the world by the Choral Song. For this, at the beginning, thanks to the own effort and at the moment, also to the support of the Government of the State of Puebla, have managed to make the following tours, obtaining the recognition and applause of the foreign public positioning the name of Mexico.
1973
The South of the United States of America in Pueblo (Colorado).
1974
City of Mexico, Michoacán, Jalisco, Guanajuato and Querétaro.
1975
Southeastern of our country crossing Tabasco, Yucatan and Quintana Roo and a route by the United States of America visiting Pueblo, Walsenburg and Colorado Springs (Colorado), San Diego and Los Angeles (California).
1976
Tour by the United States of America crossing Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Denver (Colorado) and Las Vegas (Nevada).
1977
Tour by the South of the United States of America crossing Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas.
1978
Tour by the United States of America in Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Denver, La Junta, Rocky Ford and Walsenburg (Colorado).
1979
Tour by the United States of America in Denver, Colorado Springs and Pueblo (Colorado).
1980
First tour by Europe singing in several cities of Spain (Madrid, Toledo, Gijón and Catalonia), Italy, Switzerland and France.
1981
Southeastern of our country and Southeastern of the United States of America.
1982
Tour by the United States of America.
1986
Tour by Europe participating for the second time in the Festival of Puig Reig in Spain, besides to sing in Madrid; Milan, Italy; and Paris, France.
1987
Tour by the south of the United States of America in Denver, Colorado Springs and Pueblo (Colorado).
1989
Tour by Europe singing in the cities of: Puig Reig, Castellbell i Villar and Barcelona (Spain), in addition to other cities of Germany such as Baden Baden and Heidelberg.
1990
Tour by the United States of America.
1991
Tour by the United States of America in Town, Colorado Springs, Junta and Rocky Ford (Colorado).
1992
Tour by Argentina sung in Buenos Aires, Mendoza, San Luis, Rivadavia and Godoy Cruz.
1993
Tour by Europe singing in some cities of Germany (Karlsruhe, Durmersheim, Heidelberg and Baden Baden), Spain (in the International Festival of Alava), Switzerland (Splügen and Laax) and France (Paris).
1995
Tour by the United States of America singing in the occasion of the celebrations of “Cities Sisters” in Pueblo (Colorado, EU) - Puebla (Puebla, Mexico)”.
1997
The Normalista Choir sang in some cities of Spain such as Madrid, Puig-Reig, Barcelona, Salamanca and Soria. Also, it sang in Rome and did a special performance to his Holiness Juan Pablo II in the Vatican.

1998
Tour by Europe singing in Vittoria, Port Santa Maria, Cadiz, Toledo, Malaga, Amurrio and Plasencia (Spain) and in Zurich (Swiss).

December 1999 – January 2000
Tour by Europe singing in several cities of Spain such as Burgos, Cáceres, Plasencia, Vitoria, Murguía and San Sebastián in addition to Paris (France), Amsterdam (Holland) and Bruges (Belgium).

September 2000
Tour by Argentina (Buenos Aires, Belgrano, Venado Tuerto, Río Cuarto, Córdoba, La Carlota, Mendoza and Godoy Cruz) and Chile (Linares).

May 2001
Tour by Europe, singing in Varna, Bulgaria, where the Choir gets the Fourth Prize in the Choral Competition Giorgi Dimitrov. Also, the Normalista Choir sang in several cities of Greece (Athens, Arnea, Halkidiki, Tesalónica, Stagira and Polyguros) and Turkey (Istambul).

August 2001
It travels to Chile, in where the Choir is invited to participate in the 50 Anniversary of the Jesus González Campón Choir of Linares. Besides, the Choir visited Bogota, Colombia.
May 2002
Tour by Poland singing in many cities of this country, such as: Olsztyn, Grudziadz, Elk, Ilawa, Bydgoszcz, Nowa Miasta Lubawskie, Strzepcz, Zukowo, Rumia, Szemud and Gdansk, besides to visit Frankfurt, Germany.

November 2002
The Normalista Choir took part at the IV International Choral Festival “Jose Manuel Olivera and Vidal 2002” in Cusco, Peru, besides to perform concerts in Lima.

June 2003
Russia Tour, singing in Pushkin, Penza, Moscow and Saint Petersburg because the third centenary anniversary of the city’s foundation.


September 2004
Tour by some Spain cities such as Pamplona and participating in the 25 anniversary of the International Festival of Choral Cant Catalunya Centre celebrated in Puig-Reig and Castellbell i el Vilar.

Also, it sang in several cities of Poland such as Gdansk, Sopot, Gdynia, Zukowo, Peninsula of Hel, Jurata, Pelplin, Zabianka, Gniew, Elblag and the Malbork Castle.

September 2006
The Normalista Choir took part to the XXV International Choral Festival of Alava, País Vasco.

Concerts in some cities of Poland such as Gdansk, Sopot, Szymbark, Grudziadz, Gdynia and Zabianka, and an special participation in the XX Anniversary Concert of the Continuous Choir of Sopot.

Concerts in Berlin and Rathenow, Germany.

November 2007
Tour by Argentina where the Normalista Choir and its director, Mr. Jorge Altieri Hernandez were named Godfather of the First World Festival Buenos Aires Choral, singing in the Mexican Embassy in Argentina, in Ramos Mejía, Belgrano, Luján, Brandsen, Mar del Plata and Buenos Aires.



August 2008
The Normalista Choir traveled to Ecuador to participate in the XXX International Choral Festival of Guayaquil “Coral Sing joins the Towns”. Also, the Choir performed in Quito and Ibarra




August-September 2009
The Normalista Choir participed in the 8o International Festival of Chamber Choirs of Kraujevac, Serbia and also performed in Belgrade. It participed in the 30 International Festival of Choral in Catalunya Centre, performing concerts in Castellbell i el Vilar, Avinyó, Rellinairs, Mollet and Puig-Reig, Spain too.
