Was born in Puebla City in 1939. Man of the great sensitivity, which has transmitted to the world through music and the choral song, which from very young demonstrated to its restlessness and interest by the education, the art and the culture.

He is Professor of Elementary Education, Is licensed in Language and Spanish Literature, he studied  Music in the Conservatory of Puebla, perfecting itself in Classic Guitar in the National Conservatory of Music.He is graduated and he was Teacher of the Meritorious Normal Institute of the State of Puebla.

His love for music take him to found several artistic groups, between which we can mention Estudiantinas, Concertinas, Choirs and Orchestras, but its greater success has been the creation of the Normalista Choir of Puebla in 1964, and from 1996, the Symphony Orchestra that is important part of the institution.

His love by Choral music and the eagerness to promote the State of Puebla, took it to institute the World Choral Festival of Puebla, Mexico, obtaining with this a triumph for ever.

During its untiring trajectory he has become to diverse prizes and recognitions deserving, as much by its artistic profits as educative and human, between which they emphasize the Real Certificate of the foundation of Puebla, the Civil Merit, the one of Distinguished Citizen and the Palafoxiano Prize, the Prize Amapola Fenochio and in recognition to its artistic work for Puebla, the mass media have granted him the Yohualli Prize, the Gold Laurel and the Aluxe.
